NEW CLIENTS
A deposit is required at the pet
consultation of 50% of the initial service agreement and will be
refunded in full if cancellation of services occurs 24 hours in
advance of initial service date. The initial service agreement
amount is the total cost for the first set of services provided to
you as a client. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation
occurs within 24 hours of start of service date.

There is an additional $10.00 fee added for all
