In-Home Consultation:

All of our services include a free in-home consultation visit:

During the consultation, an All Tails pet specialist will meet you and your pet to establish a trusting relationship and complete the necessary requirements. Requirements include filling out the service contract, providing contact information, and obtaining a key for your home. But the most important requirement is for your pet to become acquainted and feel comfortable with the All Tails pet specialist.

EXPLANATION OF SERVICES AND POLICIES

Pet sitting

Providing pets with their necessities while ensuring a safe and comfortable home environment is our focus for these services.  Specifically these services may include the following:  refreshing water bowl(s), feeding, disposing of waste, taking in mail and newspaper, alternating lights, watering plants, and opening/closing window coverings.

Shared pet sitting

As a general policy we do not accept pet sitting assignments that will be shared with friends, relatives or other companies. We may make an exception, so please ask if there are special circumstances.

Pet walking

This service provides pets with exercise outside of the home enabling your pet to receive relief during the daylight hours.  During hot weather, morning or  late afternoon walks are available.

Pet taxi

Within a 10 mile radius, we will take your pet for a veterinarian or grooming appointment.  Outside of this 10 mile radius, we charge 50 cents per mile.  Our regular hourly pet sitting rate applies if you would like us to stay with your pet during the appointment.

Pet shopping

If you need supplies for your pet, we will shop for you!  Each mile beyond twenty miles will be charged at 50 cents per mile.

Overnight visit

This ten hour visit provides your pet with the comfort of a sitter during the night.  A sitter may provide your pet and home with the same pet sitting services listed above. 

Emergency visit

We respond as soon as possible for a pet sit or pet walk . 

Emergency taxi

We respond as soon as possible to convey your pet to the appropriate place.

Livestock stall(s)—light cleaning

We provide your animal’s(s’) stall(s) with a light cleaning such as the following:  disposal of recent waste, cleaning food and water containers, and refreshing food and water. 

Livestock stalls—heavy cleaning

This service provides your animal’s(s’) stall(s) with a heavy cleaning.

Administration of medication(s) 

We will administer pill(s) and/or fluids during a pet sit.  The cost includes one pet per visit.    

Key Policy

Key return or pick up

Leave key - We will leave your key(s) as arranged.
By mail - Your key(s) will be returned via U.S. Postal Service to the address you request
In person - We will return or pick up your key(s) at an agreed time and date.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

No charge for any cancellation 24 hours before initial visit date.

For cancellation within 24 hours of initial visit date the following applies:  new clients will forfeit their deposit and existing clients will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee.
 

GENERAL POLICIES

LEAVING AND RETURNING

Please give your Pet Sitter or the main business phone a call the day before your pet sit start date.

Please call the main business phone as soon as possible upon your return.

EARLY RETURN POLICY

Please notify All Tails Pet Services of any early return as soon as possible to avoid an unnecessary visit.  You will be charged for the visit if the pet sitter arrives for a scheduled visit and finds you have returned.  Please call our main business line 520-579-6633 as soon as possible, any time day or night, when you return home. If after hours, please leave a message letting us know that you have returned.

KEY RETURN POLICY

We will gladly keep your  key on file for future visits.  If you would like your key  picked up or returned, please be advised of the following information:

          Leaving key arrangements:  Free

          Returning your key(s) via U.S.P.S.:  $7

          Returning  or picking up your key(s) in-person:  $10
